Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days (often same day) after receipt of payment and are shipped using Royal Mail or our choice of Courier. If you prefer delivery by Special Delivery Insured, an additional cost will be applied, where possible we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes / Packets are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Product Returns

You may only request product returns via your Inkjet4u online account (RMA). Product returns will be assessed on a per case basis.

Faulty goods will be replaced upon correct completion of our RMA request within your account area. DO NOT send items without first completing the RMA request. We may issue a Voucher for future use in our online store and / or agree a refund to your chosen payment method.

Should you have ordered something in error there will be a 20% handling and restocking fee at our descretion.

You will need to pay the cost of returming any item and you should ensure you have obtained a posting receipt.
